PRINCIPAL PURPOSE: To enroll students in the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College's Nonresident Courses and to provide student administrative support to current and past CGSOC and CAS3 students..

Information provided on this form may be disclosed to those organizations and individuals conducting the business of the Department of Army and other Federal or State agencies

Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT) Information

For both enrollment and graduation, the applicant must provide a current passing copy of his or her APFT card. "Current" is defined as within 6 months of the enrollment and graduation date for AC officers and within 12 months of enrollment and graduation for RC officers.

If the APFT Card indicates "Profile," then the applicant must take an alternate event if possible and also submit a copy of the profile to his NRS Academic Counselor.
